My Background

Having completed my 300hr training in Multi-Style Yoga in Goa, India in 2023 and my 200hr training in traditional Hatha Yoga in Indonesia in 2022, I now teach both private and group yoga classes.

Though I studied traditional Hatha, I like to combine techniques from Yin, Restorative, Iyengar and Yoga Nidra to create a balanced practice.

My teaching style is calm, attentive, empathic and at all times focused completely on the well-being and development of my students.

I like to develop a close working relationship with my students so that I can plan and deliver lessons that provide them with the very best experience and help them to work towards and achieve their goals.

Class Styles


Private Classes

Private classes are ideal for clients who would like a bespoke, personalised service either at their house or in a rented studio space.

Private classes start with an in-depth assessment which includes discussing any past experience of yoga, your medical or physical conditions that need to be taken into account, your goals and an overall understanding of how we will work together to achieve these.

I then put a lesson plan together which is completely unique to you and your needs.  During the lesson, you have my undivided attention which enables me to continually assess and tweak the lesson plans as we go along based on your progress and the changes you will see in your mind and body.

Group Classes

Unwind and re-centre with my group yoga classes, designed to promote relaxation and build flexibility. I will guide you through a variety of poses to help you find how you like to practice and improve your overall well-being.

My classes are designed to build strength, increase flexibility and improve mental clarity. You can expect a welcoming and non-judgemental environment, where you will be guided through a practice that is tailored to your needs.

I take pride in my teaching style, which emphasises the importance of proper alignment, learning how to care for the body in a practice and a hands-on approach from my end. Every class I teach is designed to be accessible, inclusive and adaptable.

Sound Baths

My sound baths are designed to be an immersive and meditative experience that will help you release stress and tension. The calming sounds produced by the crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments penetrate deep into your body and mind, promoting healing and rejuvenation.

Sound can quickly and easily bring you into a state of rest akin to meditation or even sleep, a state where healing is able to occur, without you needing to do a thing. The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an invitation to invoke a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and gain perspective on what’s going on within you without the distractions.

I'll start off with a guided relaxation to support you to release tension from your body and mind, allowing you to soften, accessing the theta brainwave state to receive the healing from the sound bath. Followed by the blissful blend of sounds from the singing bowls and other calming percussion instruments.

Sound baths are the perfect medicine for anyone who wants to carve out space for themselves to rest and connect more deeply with who they are.
